Lufthansa // Care-Campaing
Client: Lufthansa
Agency: Kolle Rebbe
Category: Brand Experience & Activation, Outdoor
Date: 2015
After the 4U9525 disaster in March 2015, all advertising communication was frozen. The first campaign afterwards therefore had to be sensitive. We decided to focus on the theme of “caring”. A print campaign and a promotion idea at the airport were created under this big idea. In this way, Lufthansa once again brought its brand promise “Nonstop you” to life.

A bedtime story together is a particularly special moment for parents and children.
But what if mom and dad are away at work and can’t be at the bedside to read the story?

Our answer: we simply bring the voices of traveling parents home. The Lufthansa Bedtime Stories – mini recording studios at Munich and Frankfurt Airport – enable passengers to select a bedtime story directly from the departure gate, read it aloud and send it digitally.
The result: real added value for travelers. And a great treat for loved ones at home.

The print campaign tells stories about the Lufthansa world that all have one thing in common: They show that the Lufthansa claim “Nonstop you” is not just an empty phrase.
The ads feature a Lufthansa volunteer, a child traveling alone who already has senator status as a frequent flyer – and the Bedtime Stories: a service that conjures travelers into their children’s beds. In this way, we prove that Lufthansa puts people at the center.
